gd99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With This Platform

01 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary documents published by gd99:

• "Platform" means the gd99 website accessible at gd99.io, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, cashier functions, and associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered a gd99 account or who accesses any part of the Platform, whether logged in or not.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a User on the Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and player wallet.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Registering and using gd99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold exactly one gd99 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform. This policy applies regardless of whether the accounts are registered using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods.

2.4 Capacity

You represent that you are not registering or using gd99 on behalf of a third party, that you are acting in your own name and for your own entertainment, and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that would prohibit your participation on a gambling platform.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering a gd99 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your gd99 Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gd99 will not be held liable for any losses, unauthorised wagers, or fraudulent transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. 3.4 Account Currency

All gd99 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is required or applied. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are calculated and settled in BDT.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by players are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. gd99 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that does not match the verified identity of the Account holder. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the gd99 Account holder only. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the deposit will not be credited to the player's balance.

4.5 Transaction Fees

gd99 does not apply platform-side fees to standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside gd99's control and remain the responsibility of the Account holder.

5.1 Eligibility for Promotions

General eligibility conditions include: holding a fully verified gd99 Account, having made at least one qualifying real-money deposit, and not being subject to any active account restriction. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a gd99 Account carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the corresponding funds or winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Where bonus abuse is identified, gd99 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, deduct equivalent amounts from the Account balance, and permanently ban the Account from future promotions or from the Platform entirely.

5.4 VIP Loyalty Programme

The gd99 VIP programme rewards players across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on accumulated wagering volume. VIP benefits including cashback percentages, reload bonus rates, and dedicated account management are governed by the VIP Programme Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. gd99 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or the structure of the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on gd99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, gd99 will rely on data provided by its official data providers and, where necessary, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). gd99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a data feed error, technical fault, or incorrect odds were published due to human or system error.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino and live dealer games on gd99 are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. • Attempting to access another player's Account or any administrative section of the Platform without authorisation.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the gd99 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the property of gd99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content, software, or data from the gd99 Platform without the prior written consent of gd99. Any unauthorised use of gd99 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

09 Privacy & Data

gd99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on gd99, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

gd99 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory authority request, or where necessary to process your transactions through third-party payment providers. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gd99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond gd99's reasonable control, or damages resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform.

gd99's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User to their gd99 Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gd99 provides the Platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While gd99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, gd99 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions, and gd99 will not be liable for any wagers, bonuses, or sessions affected during such periods.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by gd99

gd99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to gd99.

11.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited if the closure is a direct consequence of fraudulent conduct, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Where the account is closed for other reasons, gd99 will return any verifiable real-money balance to the User's last used payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

Users who wish to close their gd99 Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the account is fully deactivated. Voluntary account closure does not affect the enforceability of these Terms with respect to activity that occurred prior to closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

gd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects Users' rights or obligations, gd99 will provide reasonable notice — ordinarily no less than seven (7) days — before the amended Terms take effect, using the contact email address or in-platform notification channel associated with each Account.

Your continued use of the gd99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your Account and return of any eligible real-money balance. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of fairness and good faith. In the event of any dispute arising between a User and gd99 in connection with these Terms or the operation of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through gd99's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.
